CustomersDigium has over 1,000 customers in 25 countries. Our customers represent several industries and also include public organizations and some of the largest companies in Finland. Over 50% of the Finnish Top 100 companies use Digium’s services. Please read on to find out how some of our customers use our services.
Ilmarinen has already belonged to the group of Digium Enterprise software users since 2002. At Ilmarinen, the use of the system has been highly diversified, varying from narrow-format feedback inquiries via different sorts of situational and follow-up questionnaires all the way through to comprehensive research entities. The system is also beneficially utilized as part of Ilmarinen’s core business data collection processes. “Owing to its flexibility, the Digium system is highly appropriate for the implementation of surveys of very different types and scopes,” research manager Yrjö Norilo from Ilmarinen states. ”In addition to being the answer to our traditional research and data collection requirements, Digium Enterprise has also helped us to make the data collection and information management connected with the core processes of our business operations more efficient,” Mr Norila continues.
ICT service provider Endero uses Digium’s software flexibly and comprehensively for instance in customer and personnel satisfaction surveys, the development of internal processes, and in customer events. Twice a year, customer satisfaction regarding Endero’s service deliveries as well as customer relationship management and consultation is investigated by carrying out a customer satisfaction survey. The results of the survey can be utilized both in corporate level development measures and towards the development of expertise and its remuneration, for those working at the customer interface. In the personnel satisfaction surveys, special attention is paid to the things employees appreciate and what they wish to see developed. On the basis of the results, a development program covering the company as a whole is prepared for the year ahead. As a tool for the development of personnel, Digium also functions in orientation and the assessment of internal processes. “Digium Enterprise has turned out to be a flexible and easy-to-use program. We’ve developed a large number of areas of application, and in this way the program has become an everyday management tool for us. Moreover, the browser-based software is easy to bring into use without IT installations,” explains Anthony Gyursanszky, Endero’s CEO.
“A large user group and thousands of implemented surveys testify to the versatility of the Digium system and its ease of use,” Kati Nordberg, research manager at S-Group, confirms. “As a result of effective data collection and reporting, we’re better able to serve our customers and react to their opinions as well as those of their own personnel,” she adds.
“Our experiences with Digium Enterprise have been very positive. Whereas many of the implemented questionnaire forms are technically challenging, the software has met such requirements well. Its ease of use has delighted its users, while we also regard its continuous product development as an important issue,” relates Meri Kokkola, a researcher at T&E Centres. “The processes of collecting data and reporting have been considerably accelerated through the aid of Digium Enterprise. In addition, use of the software has brought us substantial cost savings,” Kokkola adds. The City of Helsinki benefits widely from Digium solutions. Helsinki’s Education Department accumulates Internet feedback on its educational services by means of Digium’s feedback management and information collection system. In addition, the city gains particular advantage from Digium services through the customer support directed towards end-users of the system in, for instance, the development of its educational services-based electronic feedback channel. “It’s nice to work with a program that really works – unlike a lot of other systems these days. Not only that, but Digium’s service-oriented staff in end-customer support have helped in the development of electronic solutions,” says a grateful Jussi Matikainen, a planner who has participated in the development of the Education Department’s electronic feedback channel.
Digium Enterprise was initialized in Fujitsu’s TRIM department to replace its Excel-based tool. The TRIM survey represents an entity consisting of dozens of questions and optional additional queries. Digium’s start-up went well, and the creation of the questionnaires and their editing is considered easy. “Since Digium’s functionality has responded well, both to existing needs at Fujitsu and to potential future demands – the software has also been taken into use in connection with other organizational requirements, such as customer satisfaction measurement of specialist work,” relates Seppo Moilanen, Department Manager for Fujitsu’s Trim services. |
